NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. The Seller’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved in our judgment to be defective. Neither Seller nor Manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, and the User assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not bed altered except by written agreement, signed by the officers of the Seller or Manufacturer.
Prices, Specifications and Availability subject to change without notice. Claims for defective goods must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of materials. Claims for goods damaged in shipment should be directed to the Carrier.
Returns are not permitted. Written approval required for defective goods, judged by us to be defective. All defective goods must be returned pre-paid.
Purchaser shall be responsible for examining goods promptly upon receipt and reporting of all discrepancies to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
