Regardless, you ought to download it and give it a try. Renders graphics, special effects (animated GIFs, Java), forms, and more where other browsers fail. Also, faster than most.
• MS Internet Explorer 3.x or 4.x (Win 95) - One of the best, user-friendly Web Browsers with the ability to render standard HTML 2.0, most Netscape-only tags, HTML 3.2, Animated GIFs, JavaScript, Java, Stylesheets, and a few of MS's own tricks thrown in.
• NCSA Mosaic Web Browser - The original freeware Web browser now in version 3.x in 32 bit. It gets the job done and in some ways is more flexible in user-defined presentation choices than is Netscape or MS Explorer.
• Microsoft Free Stuff Page - Find beta software, Explorer add-ons, conferencing and chat software, free fonts, driver updates, patches, service packs, and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) add-ons.

• ViRC '97 - Join free national and international real time chat rooms of nearly every topic under the Milky Way -- or create your own chat channel or room with a topic of your own. Warning: Real time chat can be addictive!
